Lower Merion Police Hosting Drug Take Back Event Oct 26
Police in Lower Merion want to keep unused and unwanted medications out of the wrong hands by hosting a drug take back event.
LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA — In an effort to keep drugs out of the wrong hands, Lower Merion Township Police are hosting a drug take back event.
From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 26, police will be on hand at the department for the drug take back event.
These events help keep medications from ending up in the hands of someone who could abuse them or sell them, keep them out of water supplies, and more.

While police are hosting the special drug take back event on Oct. 26, residents can always dispose of drugs at the police department lobby in the drug take back bin.
The Lower Merion Police Department is located at 71 E. Lancaster Ave. in Ardmore.
