Lower Merion Police Join Montco's Back To School Student Supply Drive

The Back To School Drive runs through Aug. 23 and aims to provide local kids with the essential school supplies they need for the new year.

LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA — With local schools planning to welcome students back for the 2023-24 school year soon, many kids in the region may not have the supplies they need to thrive.

Luckily, Montgomery County is hosting its Back to School Drive, collecting supplies to help support students in need.

And Lower Merion area residents can help the drive at the Lower Merion Police Department.

Now through Aug. 23, residents can drop off various items for donation at the police department.

The donation drop box is located in the Lower Merion Police Department, 71 E. Lancaster Ave. in Ardmore.
