Lower Merion Police Officer Jeffrey Seamans and his K9 partner Rookie are being featured in a national ad for Bates Footwear.
LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA — A Lower Merion Township Police officer and his K9 partner are being featured in a national footwear advertisement, according to the township.
Officer Jeffrey Seamans his partner Rookie are the focus of a national ad for Bates Footwear.
Seamans, who is a combat veteran, and Rookie earned their National Explosives Detection Certification in May last year.
