Lower Merion High School Thespians Performing 'The Importance Of Being Earnest' Next Week
You have four chances to see the young actors' production of the 1895 Oscar Wilde play.

The Lower Merion Players will present their production of "The Importance of Being Earnest" next week with four different showings.
The young thespians will perform the 1985 Oscar Wilde comedy at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 9, Friday, Feb. 10, and Saturday Feb. 11. The production will also be showing a matinee on Saturday, Feb. 11 at 1 p.m.
The play will be shown in the Blackbox Theatre at Lower Merion High School.

"'The Importance of Being Earnest' is a British comedy written by Oscar Wilde, which tells the story of Jack Worthing’s complex life, suddenly in danger of crumbling apart at the hands of two different
women he loves," the school district said. "Watch as he struggles to keep the two halves of his life separate from one another!"
Lower Merion junior Maddie Baker is directing the production.

The venue of this show restricts the number of seats for audience members, so ticket reservations are necessary.
