Lower Merion Township Police said a man is charged after he took "upskirt" photos of unsuspecting women at a busy Ardmore grocery store.
ARDMORE, PA — Lower Merion Township Police said a man has been charged after he was taking "upskirt" photos of women in Ardmore.
According to police, the man was seen at the Suburban Square Trader Joe's store on Friday afternoon.
There, police said he was taking photos of unsuspecting women with his cellphone.

Police Monday morning said the man was identified and being charged.
Police did not release the suspect's identity.

They described him as a white man in his 20s with a dark beard and glasses.
At the time of the incident, he was wearing a red baseball cap, light blue shorts, a dark t-shirt, and white slides with white socks.
