Philly Police Arrest Stormtroopers For Allegedly Spoiling Star Wars
There seems to be some doubt about whether the pair actually broke the law, however.

There are just a little over 24 hours left until Star Wars: The Force Awakens hits theaters with an early release on Thursday night.
However, the Hollywood Premiere of the film was on Monday, and ever since then, spoilers regarding key plot elements of the film have been circulating the internet and, apparently, the city streets.
The Philadelphia Police Department expressed its disappointment with these rumors, even staging an ”arrest” of two individuals dressed as stormtroopers on Tuesday

A photo posted on Twitter by Officer Stephen Clark with the Philadelphia Police quickly made its away across the internet on Wednesday.

“No, posting #StarWarsForceAwakens spoilers is not a crime,” the department said on Twitter. Yes, it should be. We enforce the laws - we don’t make them. Sorry.”
There was no word from the district attorney’s office on Wednesday regarding plans for any legislation that would change the law.
