St. Katherine's Spared In Blue Ribbon Commission Decision
The Philadelphia Inquirer reports that St. Katherine's and St. Margaret's Catholic schools are safe in this round of closures and mergers.
of Wynnewood and St. Margaret's School of Narberth are not among the Catholic schools that will be closing at the end of term, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.
The Blue Ribbon Commission will announce to the public the official list at 4 p.m. at the Archdiocesan Pastoral Center in Philadelphia.
St. Margaret's School in Narberth is the only other archdiocesan school in Lower Merion or Narberth, and it, along with St. Katherine's, is reported to be spared, according to the list of schools that will close or merge, published by The Philadelphia Inquirer on Friday.

The list comprises four high schools and 44 elementary schools.
