LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA — You are running out of time to support Lower Merion Police Department's Officer Jeffrey Seamans and K9 Rookie in an online contest in which they can win a K9 Law Enforcement Sport Utility Vehicle.
Seamans and Rookie are among 30 finalists in the Vested Interest in K9s, Inc "K9 Law Enforcement Sport Utility Vehicle Giveaway."
And the voting closes at 7:59 p.m. on Oct. 31.
