WATCH: Woman Texts While Using Feet To Steer On I-76

This woman really wanted to be on her phone.

A woman was driving with her husband on the Schuylkill Expressway last week when she noticed something strange about the car driving in the lane beside her.

Inside the car was a woman, on her phone, using her feet to guide the steering wheel.

Sarah Delong, the woman who took the video, was appalled by the behavior, and in the video she posted, included hashtags alerting authorities. She also wrote #pokemongo, although it's not clear what the other driver was doing on her phone while driving with her feet.

"This woman drove with her feet and both hands on her phone while she was driving," Delong wrote on the Instagram post. "Even on the highway I-76. When someone gets killed because your too busy on your phone to drive like a responsible adult, I have video evidence and your license plate."

From the passenger seat, Delong recorded the woman driving with her feet for about 20 seconds, although she said in her post that the car was beside her for about 20 minutes, and that the woman drove with her feet the entire time.

She added that she made eye contact with the woman during the interchange.

"She looked at me with a smirk and continued doing what she was doing...insane," Delong wrote.
