Water Main Break Closes West Montgomery Avenue In Villanova
Lower Merion Township said crews will be working in the area until about 5 a.m. Friday to fix the water main break.
VILLANOVA, PA – A water main break has closed a portion of West Montgomery Avenue in Villanova, Lower Merion Township officials said.
The break occurred on West Montgomery Avenue between Woodfield Road and the SEPTA bridge in the Villanova section of Lower Merion at about 4 p.m. Thursday.
The township said repair crews will be on scene at about 9 p.m. and work to fix the break through about 5 a.m. Friday.

AQUA will have a detour in place and through traffic will not be possible, the township said.
