Wynnewood Squatter Charged With Felony Burglary: Authorities

A woman was found living in an uninhabitable apartment at a Wynnewood complex on Aug. 14. She's facing two felony charges now.

WYNNEWOOD, PA – A 58-year-old woman who was reportedly squatting in a Wynnewood apartment building has been charged with felony burglary and related crimes, according to authorities and media reports.

Katherine Heid, 58, whose address is listed at Philadelphia in court documents, has been charged with felony burglary, felony criminal trespassing, and disorderly conduct.

Heid was found in an uninhabitable apartment at Wynnewood's Red Lead Manor Apartments on Aug. 14, according to Main Line Media News.

Police told the outlet that the homeowner association president reported Heid was living in the building's basement.

Heid was arrested and arraigned on Aug. 14, court records show.

She was held on $2,500 bail and is set to appear for her next court appearance on Aug. 23.
