Alleged Villanova Stalker Arrested
He allegedly hid behind stacks of books on library tables while he "watched" women at Villanova Unversity, reports say.

Radnor, PA - A man who was previously banned from Villanova University’s campus was arrested last week for lurking in the library there, according to reports.
Kornwell Chan, 41, was banned from campus following his arrest by Radnor police last year for allegedly stalking a woman in the library, MainLineMediaNews.com reported.

Court records show Chan was arrested on Dec. 6 and faces four charges, including defiant trespass. Chan allegedly hid behind stacks of books on library tables while he watched women, the report said.
According to the report, he was also on campus Nov. 29 and faces defiant trespass charges in connection with that, too. Chan was found guilty in 2012 of stalking a woman at the King of Prussia Mall and stealing another woman’s underwar, MainLineMediaNews.com reported.

Chan is in Delaware County Prison after failing to post bail, which was set at 10 percent of $25,000. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 17.
