Penn Valley Resident Manny D. Pokotilow Awarded Intellectual Property Service Award

Caesar, Rivise, Bernstein, Cohen & Pokotilow is pleased to announce that its Managing Partner, Manny Pokotilow, has received the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s Arthur Seidel Distinguished IP Service Award. The award is "In recognition of his commitment to the highest standard of excellence in Intellectual Property Law."  The Award was announced at a PBI program for which Mr. Pokotilow served as the planner and speaker.

Mr. Pokotilow’s practice focuses on litigation involving the enforcement of patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets. He has served as the Chairman of the American Bar Association’s Proprietary Rights in Software Committee of the Computer Law Division of the Section of Science and Technology and he is one of the founders of the Alternate Dispute Resolution Committee of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. A member of the International Trademark Association’s CPR/INTA panel of distinguished neutrals, Mr. Pokotilow is also a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. He is listed in Chambers USA and America's Leading Business Lawyers 2012 as one of the top intellectual property lawyers in the country.
