Attempted Burglary At Bala Cynwyd Residence: Police
An apartment in Ardmore was also the target of burglars.

BALA CYNWYND, PA – Lower Merion Police are reporting two burglary incidents that occurred recently in the township. One occurred Friday, May 5 in Bala Cynwyd and the other Saturday, May 6 in Ardmore.
Police are reporting an attempted burglary on Friday, May 5.
Police said someone tried to enter a home on the 400 block of Levering Mill Road in Bala Cynwyd at about 12:12 p.m.

When officers responded to the area, they found a broken first floor window but said the suspect did not get inside the residence, police said.
Also, an apartment on the 200 block of Ardmore Avenue in Ardmore was burglarized Saturday, May 6.

Police said the suspect or suspects entered the apartment through an unlocked window, police said.
The suspects stole a computer, tablet, cash, and jewelry once inside, police said.
