Award-Winning Narberth Author, Illustrator To Showcase Latest Book Friday

Local children's author and illustrator Zachariah OHora will be signing books Friday at Character Development in Narberth.

Zachariah OHora is a Narberth based, award-winning, New York Times Best Selling children's author and illustrator. And on Friday, Oct.7, you see him in person at Character Development Books free of charge.

OHora will be reading from his latest book, The Not So Quiet Library, at 630 p.m. at the bookstore. The book is about the power of libraries and tells the story of Oskar and Theodore trip to the library with their dad where the encounter a hungry and angry monster.

OHora will also be signing books at the event. Call Charter Development at (610) 668-1545 to ensure you have a copy of The Not So Quiet Library for Friday's reading and signing.

OHora other works have been recognized by many outlets nationwide. Some of his accolades including landing on the New York Times best seller list with Wolfie the Bunny; winning the 2011 Society of Illustrators Founders Award and was the 2012 State of PA Dept of Ed One book with his debut book Stop Snoring Bernard!; and having his second book, Not Fits Nilson!, named the Huffington Post Best Children's Book of 2013, a Kirkus Best Picture Book of 2013, a New York Public Library Book for Reading and Sharing.
