Burglars Target Bala Cynwyd Home, Business Last Week
Police in Lower Merion said a Bala Cynwyd home and a business were targeted by burglars on two separate days last week.

BALA CYNWYD, PA – A home and a business in Bala Cynwyd were targeted by burglars last week, according to Lower Merion Township Police.
According to police, an attempted break-in occurred at business on West City Avenue Dec. 13 and a home on Hampton Terrace was burglarized on Dec. 14.
At about 8:30 p.m. on Dec. 13, an attempted commercial burglary occurred at Enterprise Rent A Car at 25 W. City Ave.

Police said the burglars attempted to get inside the business by drilling a door lock
However, they were unable to get inside, police said.

Then, sometime between 11:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Dec. 14, a home on Hampton Terrace was burglarized.
Police said the suspects got in most likely though an unlocked door.
After getting inside the home, the burglars stole jewelry, police said.
