Nancy Bea Miller: New Paintings

From June 5 through June 26, 2026, the F.A.N. Gallery in Old City will present a one-person exhibition of works by painter Nancy Bea Miller. This is the well-loved artist’s fifth solo show at the gallery. Nancy Bea Miller: New Paintings showcases the artist’s thoughtful and affirming representational work, at a time when many of us need a little emotional lift.

More than forty oil paintings comprise the exhibition in sizes ranging from a few inches to a few feet. Miller has bucked the current trend of creating a one-theme show. While her signature still life pieces quietly dominate, the animal kingdom has also crept in to her work in the form of numerous charming paintings featuring animals, both wild and domestic. It’s clear that Miller has an affinity with animals and is able to see and convey not just their appearance but their individual personalities too. The show also includes several quirky but beautiful portraits of her human friends.
