Please join us for a Women's gathering designed to cultivate the WHOLE YOU as we begin the New Year. Our exploration will focus on existing and emerging roles of women in the family, community and the world through group discussion, questions and personal observations. There will be ample opportunity to share in each other's wisdom throughout the event. The day will begin with a discussion of "Nine Ways to Cross a River" by Akiko Busch. To enliven your whole being, we will guide you through an all-levels yoga practice focused on personal revitalization, and an Ayurvedic assessment and food demonstration to give you a better understanding of your own body's diet and lifestyle needs. We will seal in the insights of this caring day with a self-affirming guided meditation session. Light, healthy refreshments will be provided.
