Get A Shuttle to the 27th Manayunk Arts Festival From Bala Cynwyd
Artists and crafters prepare to take Main Street this June in Manayunk.

MANAYUNK -- The 27th Annual Manayunk Arts Festival is set for Saturday, June 25th and Sunday, June 26th from 11AM-6PM, the Manayunk Development Corporation has announced in a press release.
The tradition of being the region’s largest outdoor juried art festival will continue as Main Street hosts approximately 300 different local and nationally known artists and crafters.
Manayunk Arts Festival, which is organized and operated by the Manayunk Development Corporation, is free to the public and will feature artists from seven different disciplines: fiber, glass & ceramics, jewelry, mixed media, painting and drawing, photography, and wood & sculpture, according to the MDC.

Visitors can also enjoy food and beverages from Manayunk’s renowned restaurants and cool off by shopping at Manayunk’s unique boutiques and stores.
Attendees are encouraged to break off of Main Street and explore the Towpath or venture up to the Manayunk Bridge to get an aerial view of the festival.

For the fifth year, local and up-and-coming talent will be featured in the Emerging Artist Tent, located at the intersection of Main Street and Roxborough Ave. More than 25 artists will display their work in the tent throughout the weekend, according to the MDC.
“Manayunk always seems to shine the brightest during Arts Festival weekend,” Jane Lipton, Executive Director of the Manayunk Development Corporation, said in a statement. “With hundreds of artists lining our historic Main Street, this event gives all attendees a true taste of our neighborhood’s vibrancy.”
FESTIVAL PARKING AND TRANSPORTATION
The Manayunk Development Corporation encourages taking public transportation to the event. With just a 15-minute train ride from Center City, attendees can take the Manayunk-Norristown Line to the Manayunk station all weekend. SEPTA Bus Routes 61 and 35 will be rerouted to Ridge Ave. for the weekend.
Limited Parking is Available at 4000 Main Street Lot and Green Lane Lot (located between Main Street and Cresson Street).
Round-trip shuttle service is also available for $3 per person. Proceeds benefit the North Light Community Center. Free Shuttle Parking is available at the following locations:
- 555 City Avenue on Presidential Blvd. in Bala Cynwyd
- Ivy Ridge Train Station on Umbria Street
