Ivybrook Academy Bala Cynwyd Opens New Location, Welcomes Families for Summer Camp and Fall Registration

Ivybrook Academy Bala Cynwyd is opening its new location at 1 Cynwyd Road, offering families a new early childhood education option for children ages 2 to 6. The school will welcome children for summer camp beginning June 1, with fall registration also now open.

Families interested in learning more about the campus can schedule 45-minute tours to explore the classrooms, meet teachers and discover Ivybrook Academy’s approach to early childhood education.

Ivybrook Academy Bala Cynwyd is also inviting families to attend its monthly Peek & Play open house events. These events give parents and caregivers the opportunity to see the space, connect with teachers and give children time to enjoy a craft and classroom exploration.

This summer, campers will participate in weekly themed programming designed to inspire creativity, curiosity and discovery. Camp themes include Superhero Science, where children will enjoy experiments and hero-themed activities; It’s a Jungle, featuring nature exploration and animal-themed adventures; and Storybook STEAM, which brings favorite stories to life through hands-on projects.

Additional summer themes include Tiny Travelers, where children explore different cultures, places and traditions; Splash and Dash, featuring outdoor water play and active games; Backyard Adventures, centered on nature discovery and outdoor learning; Snack Attack, with cooking, tasting and healthy food experiments; and Masterpiece Makers, focused on art, creativity and self-expression.
