Narberth Man's Killer Identified: Police
The hunt is on for Derrick Hershal Rollins, 24, of Philadelphia, who is sought for killing 29-year-old John Le of Narberth Saturday.

NARBERTH, PA – Authorities have identified the man who shot killed 29-year-old John Le, of Narberth, and shot at two men in Philadelphia Saturday, July 29. Philadelphia Police said the suspect is 24-year-old Derrick Hershal Rollins, of Philadelphia, and is considered armed and dangerous.
Police in Philadelphia and Haverford Township are working with the FBI and U.S. Marshals to bring Rollins into custody.
Philadelphia Police said they believe Rollins, who goes by "Twit," is still in the city, but he does have contacts outside the city.

Police served a search warrant Tuesday on one listed residence for Rollins but did not find him there.
Earlier Tuesday, police located the vehicle use by Rollins in both shootings, according to Haverford Police Chief John Viola and Philadelphia Police.

Viola said the vehicle was found Tuesday morning at 40th and Locust streets in Philadelphia, about 5 miles from where the Overbrook shooting occurred before the fatal Haverford shooting on Saturday, July 29.
Viola said the vehicle has been impounded and investigators are working to process the car to glean more information on the suspect.
He went on to say the investigation is moving along at a swift pace and that investigators are pursuing many leads in the case.
The Rollins is sought in connection with two shootings that occurred July 29, one on the 1600 block of North 77th Street in Philadelphia's Overbrook section and the other on the 2300 block of Haverford Road in the Ardmore section of Haverford Township.
The Haverford shooting left 29-year-old John Le, of Narberth, dead.
Viola said the last homicide in Haverford was in 2003.
Officials in Delaware County are offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Rollins, who is believed to have randomly targeted Le.
The fatal shooting occurred at about 6 p.m. Saturday, July 28 at an apartment on the 2300 block of Haverford Road in the Ardmore section of the township.
Rollins was last seen fleeing toward Lower Merion Township after the shooting.
Rollins is the same person who fired 17 shots at two men in Philadelphia's Overbrook section about 45 minutes before Le's death.
Philadelphia Police said at about 5:10 p.m. on the 1600 block of North 77th Street in Overbrook, a victim was told by phone that someone was looking into the rear entrance of his residence.
Another person joined him to check the area and the pair saw a male, later identified as Rollins, matching the description if the suspicious person, police said.
When confronted by the two men, the Rollins pulled out a firearm and began to shoot, police said.
The vehicle both victims were traveling in was struck several times.
Rollins is described as a black male, mid to late 20s, 5-feet 9-inches tall with a thin build between 150 to 160 pounds, dark complexion, full close cropped beard and mustache wearing a thin red pullover sweatshirt and gray jeans, operating a charcoal Volvo sedan mid2000s model and tag unknown, police said.
