The clerk told the customer that he could not accept the bill, but handed a different one back.

A Penn Wynne 7-11 clerk exchanged a customer’s real $100 bill for a fake one, according to reports.
Amwar Mohamed Marzouk, 45, of Knights Road, Bensalem, told the customer that could not accept the $100, handing back the fake one instead, reports state.
The incident occurred on November 10 at about 12:30 p.m. in the store on 1401 City Avenue, according to Main Line Media News.

When police arrived, Marzouk tried to tell them that the customer had handed him a fake bill, even though video surveillance proved otherwise, the report states.
