For Sale: There are currently 18 homes for sale in Narberth. Twelve of those homes are high-end units at the new development of Narberth Place on Price Avenue. There are also several units for sale at Essex House on Essex Avenue, leaving the inventory of single-family dwellings to a mere 2 homes- talk about a tight market!
Home Values: There have been 24 recent sales in Narberth. The average sale price in the community varies by type of property, so let me break it down for you.

Twins: 9 sales with an average sale price of $337,500.

There was only one sale each of rowhomes and condominium units, not enough to gauge an average price in those categories.
