Robber Steals Cash From Bala Cynwyd Bank Customer Saturday

BALA CYNWYD, PA — A bank customer was robbed outside of a Bala Cynwyd bank Saturday morning, according to Lower Merion Township Police.

Police said at about 10:45 a.m. on Saturday, June 22, a customer left the Wells Fargo Bank at 75 E. City Ave.

Outside the store in the parking lot, a black man in his 40s or 50s stole envelopes containing cash from the customer, police said.

Police said the suspect fled the area in a gray or silver vehicle, possibly a Hyudai Elentra.
