Come as you are for this weekly meet-up for parents with infants.

Each week will include time for fellowship and opportunities to hear from local experts on topics such as sleep, feeding, development, parental well-being, and navigating the early months of parenthood.

About this week's presenter: Ann Marie Harriger is a Pediatric Sleep Consultant and owner of AM Sleep Smiles. She was a new mom when she unlocked the secrets to sleep training her first baby. Then she started helping friends, and friends of friends, and in 2018... AM Sleep Smiles Training was born! From courses to individualized consultations, Ann Marie has loved helping over 500 families get better sleep over the last 7 years! Her work is guaranteed, and her client testimonials speak for themselves!

All parents are welcome, although some weeks are specific to those who are postpartum.
