Thief Steals Ski Jacket, Electronics from Car in Bala Cynwyd

An Apple iPhone and iPod and a Columbia ski jacket were stolen from a vehicle on the first block of Union Avenue overnight from Jan. 31 to Feb. 1, Lower Merion police reported Monday.

Police believe the car, parked in the driveway, was unlocked because there was no evidence of forced entry. The merchandise had an estimated combined value of $550, police said.
