Union Ave. Closing Monday: Lower Merion Township

BALA CYNWYD, PA – Union Avenue in Bala Cynwyd will be closed for a majority of the day Monday, Sept. 25, according to Lower Merion Township.

The road will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. between the Union Avenue Bridge and Cynwyd Road, the township said.

The Post Office will be accessible at all times from Conshohocken State Road and Union Avenue east of the bridge.

Crews will be delivering construction equipment and materials to the 10 Union Avenue project, according to the township.

Due to the size of the trailers, no through access will be available to traffic, including emergency
vehicles, during the work.
