The ancient discipline of yoga breath (pranayama) reduces stress, improves sleep, enhances focus and concentration, and increases athletic endurance and respiratory health. Rena will guide you in five yoga breathing techniques in the first half of the workshop, and in the application of the breath to a mindful Kripalu Hatha yoga practice in the second half. You will also learn how to create a daily pranayama home practice.
