Missing Whitehall Woman's Handyman Could Face Homicide Charges
The lack of a body wouldn't necessarily preclude prosecution, according to Allegheny County District Attorney Stephen Zappala.

WHITEHALL, PA - The handyman who has been named a suspect in the April disappearance of a Whitehall woman could face homicide charges even though her body has not been found, Allegheny County District Attorney Stephen Zappala said.
"We have not found her body, but that does not preclude us from prosecuting," Zappala told WPXI-TV. He said that more information on the case would be released in the near future.
Douglas Berry, arrested in May on an unrelated weapons charge, has been described in court documents as the "prime suspect in a missing persons case." Berry, 47, of Liberty Borough, worked as a handyman for Elizabeth Wisenfeld, 67.
