• Governor Shapiro's Historic Investments in Public Education Allow Baldwin-Whitehall School District to Add New ASL Classes, Expand Pre-K Programs for Children and Families (pa.gov) — New state education funding is significantly boosting programs in the Baldwin-Whitehall School District, including new American Sign Language classes at Baldwin High School and expanded pre-K for local four-year-olds. The district's state support has jumped more than 74 percent since 2023, bringing millions in adequacy and Ready to Learn grants that help hire staff, stabilize finances, and broaden learning opportunities for Baldwin families.
