3 Members Of A South American Crime Ring Charged With Burglary In Bucks
Colombian nationals have been linked to four burglaries in the Neshaminy Valley section of Bensalem Township.
BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA — Three members of a South American organized crime ring based in New York City have been charged with committing four burglaries in the township.
In January, the Bensalem Township Police Department responded to four burglary-related incidents between 6 and 8:10 p.m. in the Neshaminy Valley section of the township.
In three of the cases, police said suspects attempted entry through rear doors or windows but were deterred by the homeowners or alarm systems. Forced entry was made into a fourth home, which was burglarized.

Detectives initiated an investigation and determined that all four incidents were connected. The investigation also revealed that the incidents matched other burglaries reported in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut.
