Amtrak Bridge Repairs Closing Bensalem Road For A Month
PennDOT said that repairs on the overhead bridge of Haunted Lane start on Tuesday and lasts into October.
BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA — A bridge project is expected to begin on Tuesday and last for nearly a month, PennDOT said.
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said that Amtrak will perform overhead bridge repair on Haunted Lane starting on Tuesday.
PennDOT said the project is expected to last until October.

Drivers are advised of the following travel restriction:
Tuesday, Sept. 8, through Thursday, Oct. 1, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Haunted Lane will be closed and detoured Mondays through Thursdays between Marshall Lane and U.S. 13 (Bristol Pike).

During the closure, drivers will be directed to use State Road, Route 132 (Street Road), and U.S 13 (Bristol Pike).
