Bensalem Heroin Dealer Sentenced To Jail: DA

Joshua Delgado sold more than 220 bags of heroin to an informant in Bensalem, the District Attorney's office said.

Two Bucks County heroin dealers are off the street and in jail, authorities announced this week.

Adam Serok, 37, of Quakertown has been sentenced to 4 to 10 years in state prison. Joshua Delgado, 29, of Philadelphia — who told drugs in Bensalem — will serve 3 to 10 years in state prison, the Bucks County District Attorney's office announced.

Authorities say Serok sold the notorious “China White” heroin at a Quakertown TGI Friday's last New Year's Eve. As the customer overdosed at the restaurant, Serok fled without paying his bill, authorities said.

After being revived, the overdose victim told authorities he had bought the drugs from Serok in the parking lot and snorted them in his car before going into the restaurant. Earlier that same evening, Quakertown police had arrested two other men for selling China White to an informant. Both suspects named Serok as their supplier, the District Attorney's office said.

Serok was arrested in January after he sold heroin to an informant at a Bucks County Dunkin Donuts. He pleaded guilty in June to two counts of possession with intent to deliver controlled substances, conspiracy, criminal use of a communication facility and several misdemeanor offenses.

Delgado sold more than 220 bags of heroin to an informant in Bensalem, the District Attorney's office said.

He was arrested in April by Bensalem Township police after a series of five controlled buys. Authorities found enough heroin for 400 to 700 individual bags after a search of Delgado's Philadelphia home.

Delgado was found guilty in September of multiple counts of delivering a controlled substance or possession with intent to deliver, as well as criminal use of a communication facility and several lesser charges.
