Bensalem Man Still Missing In Montana, Fellow Campers Offer Details As Search Continues
Fellow campers say he was displaying some odd behavior before he walked away from camp in just jeans, t-shirt and slippers Monday.

BENSALEM, PA — A young Bucks County man is still missing in a remote area of Montana, despite searchers looking for nearly four days now. Eric Hellmuth, 21, of Bensalem went missing Monday in the Bob Marshall Wilderness, about 30 miles northwest of Augusta.
Hellmuth was participating in a guide training course with the Wilderness Outfitters Guide and Packer School, where fellow students described he was displaying some odd behaviors before he walked away from camp in just jeans, t-shirt and moccasin-style slippers, according to a ABC/FOX Montana.
The network spoke with a woman who works for the outfitter. The woman, who asked to remain anonymous, said the group, which included five other students, noticed he was gone when they did a head count at dinner on Monday.

The source told the network he was "very quiet and non-communicative." She said fellow campers noticed he frequently chose not to participate in the training activities and didn't pay attention to the instructors.
The 28-day course costs $3,800, according to the company's website.

He was reported missing Tuesday.
“He is on foot and not equipped to handle the elements. He does have some outdoor experience but not much mountain experience, and isn’t dressed for the mountains of Montana,” Teton County Sheriff Keith Van Setten said, according to the Associated Press.
Hellmuth is described as a white male with brown hair and standing about 5 feet 8 inches tall.
