Bensalem Rape Victim Texts 911, Leading To Arrest: Cops
A woman texted 911 that she was being sexually assaulted and held at knifepoint, leading investigators to her location in Bensalem.

BENSALEM, PA — An accused rapist is behind bars after his alleged victim texted 911 while she was being sexually assaulted and held against her will, police said on Thursday.
Christopher Henneghan, 23, of Collingdale, has been arrested and charged with rape by forcible compulsion, sexual assault, false imprisonment, and related counts.
The incident occurred at around 6:40 am. on Saturday, Aug. 19 in a hotel room in Bensalem, police said.

Henneghan had allegedly punched her in the head and choked her, and then held a steak knife on her while forcing her to perform sexual acts, police said.
The victim texted 911 and stated that she had been sexually assaulted and was behind held at knife-point in the room, according to authorities.

Police tracked her text using the GPS on her phone, and found her and Henneghan at the hotel room.
Henneghan was taken into custody and bail was set at $10 million. Henneghan was then remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility.
He was arraigned on Wednesday. A preliminary hearing is forthcoming.
