An Evening With the Tigers

Last Friday night my wife and I had some free time to ourselves and we wanted to do something different and affordable that did not involve fighting crowds or parking hassles. Earlier in the week I read an article about the Holy Family University Women's Volleyball team right here on the Bensalem Patch. Since the ladies were at home for a 7:00pm match with cross-town rival Philadelphia University, we decided to go to Campus Center Gymnasium and check out the action.

Even though the Tigers dropped a well-played tough match to Philadelphia University by the score of 3-2, the evening was a lot fun and the Division II volleyball action was exciting and impressive! The Holy Family University Campus Center Gymnasium facility is the perfect venue for indoor volleyball and basketball, with ample free parking, a cafeteria restaurant and close to the action seating. 

The Tigers' next home matches are on Oct 31st (7:00pm) against Chestnut Hill and on Nov 3rd (Noon) against Dominican.
