CENTRAL ATLANTIC COLLEGIATE CONFERENCE (CACC) TO UNVEIL NEWLY REDESIGNED WEBSITE AT NOON ON FRIDAY

The CACC is a NCAA Division II Conference consisting of 14 schools from Connecticut, Delaware, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (September 6, 2012) – The Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) will feature a new, redesigned and upgraded website at caccathletics.org beginning at noon on Friday, September 7.

Through a partnership with Presto Sports, the CACC announced it will remain in a partnership with the website provider through 2014-15. The redesigned website will give fans the most up-to-date content on the CACC’s 13 sponsored sports, including the latest headlines, in-game statistics for a large number of conference athletic events, including conference championships and a photo archive that contains thousands of photos of CACC athletes in action.

Social media integration has also improved with the new website. Fans will now be able to access the official Twitter (@CACC01) and Facebook accounts.  In addition, a comprehensive list of all CACC coverage in local, regional and national media outlets will be linked from the “CACC In The News” link, located directly off the redesigned home page.

“We are ecstatic and excited to extend our relationship with Presto Sports,” CACC Commissioner Dan Mara said.  “We are looking forward to being able to provide the athletes, alumni and fans of the CACC with an enhanced website that will provide a new look and additional features to follow their favorite conference athletic programs.”

The Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference will foster outstanding academic achievement and meaningful engagement within the community while maintaining a highly-competitive athletics atmosphere. The conference will continue to place a primary emphasis on the welfare of student-athletes, their preparation to thrive in their lives beyond the collegiate experience and the development of leadership skills through ongoing assessment. The CACC strives to be the best Division II athletic conference nationally.
