McNesby Named to IWLCA North-South All-Star Team
Senior Stephanie McNesby to compete in IWLCA North-South All-Star Game

Philadelphia, Pa. - Holy Family University women's lacrosse senior Stephanie McNesby (Philadelphia, Pa./Archbishop Ryan) has been selected to compete in the IWLCA/DeBeer Division II North/South All-Star game held at Cabrini College on Sunday, May 26 as announced by the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association today.
An All-CACC first team selection for the second straight season, McNesby will present the Tigers as one of 20 participants on the South team. A total of 121 senior student-athletes from all three divisions (I, II, III) were selected. The Division II All-Star game is slated for 12:45 p.m.
McNesby earned All-CACC honors for the third time in her career as she earned first team accolades for the second straight season. The former CACC Player of the Year led the team in scoring with 60 points. She finished fourth in the CACC in that category and also ranked fourth in goals (44), sixth in assists (16) and second with 79 draw controls.
McNesby capped her four-year career as the program's all-time leading scorer with 211 points (154G/57A). She also finished as the program's all-time leader in assists (57), draw controls (270) and caused turnovers (48). McNesby is second in program history with 154 goals.
Holy Family finished the 2013 campaign as CACC Champions for the second straight year. The Tigers defeated top-seeded Philadelphia University, 12-10, in the championship final to claim this year's title. Holy Family concluded the year with a 13-5 record and 8-2 in the CACC.
