Bucks County Women's Initiative presents LUNAFEST

Wednesday, October 15th at the Bucks County Playhouse, BCWI will show nine short films about empowering women, starting at 7 PM.

The Bucks County Women’s Initiative will be hosting a screening of the LUNAFEST® Film Festival, a unique compilation of films that highlight women as leaders in society, illustrated through nine short films by women filmmakers. The films range from animation to fictional drama, and cover topics such as women’s health, motherhood, body image, aging, cultural diversity and breaking barriers. The entire screening runs about 90 minutes. Join us for this event to raise funds to expand our 2015 programs! We hope you will bring your friends, mothers and teenage daughters to enjoy this event together.

Tickets are $22.25 ($20 ticket + $2.25 Bucks County Playhouse fee for restoration fund). To purchase tickets, call 215.949.1660, ext 111 or email Patriciag@uwbucks.org.
