Bucks Ride for Heroes is Saturday in Bensalem

What: The 8th annual Bucks County Ride for Heroes Poker Run. The annual motorcycle run, established by the Bensalem Motor Patrol Unit, raises money for the Bucks County Chapter of the Heroes Scholarship Fund. That Scholarship Fund was established to render financial and educational assistance to the spouse and children of a law enforcement officer, firefighter or emergency medical who dies or is disabled in the line of duty.

When: Saturday, Oct. 11. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. The rain date is Sunday, Oct. 12.
