Double Lane Closures Set On I-95, I-295 Next Week
The closure of two lanes on the highways will be in the evening and overnight hours.
BENSALEM, PA — Westbound lanes of Interstate 295 and southbound lanes of Interstate 95 in Bucks County will have two lanes closed on them during the evening and overnight next week.
The closures are set for Monday, Sept. 9, through Friday, Sept. 13 from 7 p.m.-5 a.m. the following morning, PennDOT announced Thursday.
They'll be between the Rt. 413 (Bristol) and Academy Road interchanges.

The closures are so crews can do deck repairs and paving, according to PennDOT.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling in the area because backups and delays could occur. All work is dependent on the weather.

The work is part of a project to repair and resurface 13 miles of I-95 and I-295 in Bensalem, Bristol, Middletown and Lower Makefield townships.
