Elderly Man Punched, Kicked In Face During Bensalem Robbery: Police

BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA —Police seek a New Jersey man for the robbery and assault of an elderly man who was punched and kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

The Bensalem Township Department has obtained an arrest warrant for Tyrick Miranda of New Brunswick, N.J., on charges of robbery and aggravated and simple assault against a 70-year-old man.

Once the victim fell to the ground and was knocked unconscious, police said Miranda went through his pockets, stole an undisclosed amount of cash and kicked the victim in the face two more times before fleeing.

Police did not state when and where the incident took place.'

The victim was hospitalized for his injuries.
