Valentine's Day at Parx Grill

Enjoy a four-course prix fixe Valentine's Day dinner for $60 (not including tax or gratuity), available Feb. 10, 11 and 14. Be sure to make reservations.

Menu:

Appetizers (choice of one):

• shrimp cocktail, horseradish cocktail and mustard sauces
• puree of roasted cauliflower, smoked duck & brie
• osso bucco ravioli, vegetable ragu, gremolata

Salad course:

• roasted beets and artisan goats cheese with frisee endive and baby mache lettuce, grilled asian pear, drizzled with sherry vinegar and walnut oil

Entrées (choice of one):

• grilled petite filet topped with bleu cheese with almond potato croquettes and roasted brussels sprouts
• lemon pepper crusted salmon with chive beurre blanc, saffron risotto grilled asparagus
• pan roasted breast of capon with roasted vegetable stuffing, sage pan sauce, parmesan broiled tomato
• wild mushroom pappardelle pasta with a white truffle oil, parmigiano reggiano

Dessert:

• chocolate tiramisu with a grand marnier sauce anglaise
