FBI, Bensalem Police Seeking Serial Armed Robber

BENSALEM, PA — The FBI has joined Bensalem Police in the search for a man believed to be responsible for three armed robberies over the course of four weeks.

On Dec. 14, the man they are seeking targeted the First Bank on the 4900 block of Old Street Road in Trevose. Then, on Dec. 20, authorities believe the same man robbed the Santander Bank branch on the 1400 block of Street Road in Bensalem.

Both times, the robber got away with an undisclosed amount of cash, police say.

On New Year's Eve, authorities say the same man robbed a shop on the 2100 block of Galloway Road in Bensalem, again getting away with cash.

The robber is described as a white male, standing about 5'8"-5'10" with a medium build. During the robberies, he has concealed his face and worn dark-colored clothing. Each time, police say, he brandished a black, semi-automatic handgun.

The robber is considered to be armed and dangerous.
