Gunshot To Neck Killed 13-Year-Old Girl In Bensalem Township: Coroner
The 16-year-old suspect took to Instagram to ask for help in disposing the body, police said.

BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA —The female victim of the fatal shooting at a trailer park Friday which was video chatted on Instagram died of a single gunshot wound to the neck, the Bucks County coroner said.
The 13-year-old was shot in the neck and thorax, Bucks County Coroner Meredith Buck told Patch Monday afternoon in ruling the death a homicide.
Buck said the teenager was not from Bucks County.

She could not comment any further due to the ongoing investigation.
Joshua Cooper, 16, is being charged as an adult with one count each of criminal homicide, tampering with and fabricating false information, and possession of a weapon with intent.

The Bensalem Township Police Department said it did not have any additional information to report on Monday.
Bensalem Township Police received a 911 call about a possible homicide at 4:11 p.m. with the caller stating that her daughter received an Instagram video chat from a 16-year-old acquaintance, police said.
During the video chat, the 16-year-old stated that he had just killed someone, police said. He then flipped the video image and showed the legs and feet of someone covered in blood. He then asked for assistance with the disposal of the body, police said.
Bensalem Police said the 16-year-old, later identified as Cooper, who lives in the Top of the Ridge Trailer Park located at 1446 Gibson Rd. in Bensalem.
