Ice Skating Rink At Neshaminy Mall Open Through Late February

BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA —After a few stops and starts, the "pop-up" ice skating rink at the Neshaminy Mall —delayed from its Black Friday opening —is expected to stick around for another month.

"The rink's been doing well," said Maggie Larkin, marketing coordinator for Flight On Ice, which runs the rink's operation.

The rink opened in mid-December after experiencing technical issues which delayed its opening for three weeks.

Larkin said the rink is open now through Feb 26.

The current hours are 4-8 p.m. on Thursday and Friday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday. The rink is available for private rentals Monday through Wednesday.

There are also special holiday hours for Valentine's Day and Presidents Day Weekend as well.

Flight On Ice at the Neshaminy Mall is located at 707 Neshaminy Mall in Bensalem Township, right outside of the AMC Movie Theater and the old Sears Automotive Center.
