Kindergarten Registration Set For Bensalem Schools

BENSALEM, PA — Kindergarten registration for the Bensalem Township School District has been set for Friday, Dec. 1. and Wednesday, March 13.

Registration will take place both days from 8:30 a.m.-noon and 1-3 p.m. It will be held at the Dorthy D. Call Administrative Center, at 3000 Donallen Dr. in Bensalem.

Registration forms may be picked up at the center and filled out prior to the registration date. Forms also are available online.

On any other day, registration is available by appointment only, the school district said in a news release. To schedule an appointment, you may call the district's central registration office at 215-750-2800, Ext. 4047.

To be eligible for kindergarten, a child must be five years old on or before Aug. 31.

Students enrolled in kindergarten in a Bensalem Township school do not need to register for first grade. Proof of immunization must be presented at the time a child is registered.
