A 30-year-old man accused of punching a child and beating him with a belt has turned himself into Bensalem Police.

A 30-year-old man accused of punching a child and beating him with a belt has turned himself into Bensalem Police.
Authorities report Bernard Rosser turned himself in at the Bensalem Township Police Department on Wednesday. He was arraigned by District Justice Gallagher and released on his own recognizance, police said.
He is charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Simple Assault and Possession of an Instrument of Crime.
