Man In Critical Condition After Bensalem Hit-And-Run: Police
Bensalem Police seek the driver of a Hyundai Sonata that struck a man on Lincoln Highway Saturday night.

BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA —The Bensalem Township Police Department seeks the public's help in finding the driver in a hit-and-run accident that a Philadelphia man Saturday night.
Bensalem Police said they were called to Route 1 at 9:11 p.m. Saturday in front of Lincoln Motel for a struck pedestrian.
Upon arrival, police discovered that Jason Jacobs, 42 years old from Southampton Road, Philadelphia, was struck by a 2015-2017 white Hyundai Sonata as he was crossing the highway.

The vehicle stopped and the driver got out, looked at the victim lying in the roadway, and then got back in the car and fled the scene northbound on Route 1, police said.
The victim was transported to Jefferson Torresdale Hospital and is listed in critical condition.

Police said they need the public's help in finding the vehicle. It should have damage to the hood and a broken windshield.
