Meet California: Lower Bucks County's Shelter Pet Of The Week

Editor's Note: This is a weekly series featuring pets up for adoption from the Women's Animal Center in Bensalem Township.

BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA — Meet California.

California is a gorgeous 5-year-old feline.

She recently arrived at Women’s Animal Center as a stray and is receiving safe shelter, nutritious meals, medical and compassionate care as she waits to be adopted into a loving home.

California is a very sweet cat and enjoys showing off her laid-back side to anyone watching.

Her lip sometimes sticks to her tooth when she greets you and it is an adorable sight.

California likes to play with cat wand toys, enjoys naps on a cozy blanket, and invites attention by purring for pets, which she often gets from our staff and volunteers
